Payment terms are specified on each invoice. Late payments may attract additional charges. All payments shall be made in the currency specified on the invoice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Xperts Customized Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided, as stated in the applicable service agreement.

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, strikes, war, civil unrest, pandemics, or natural disasters.
